13. Alan Tongue (2000-2011: 220 games, 31 tries, 1 field goal, 125 points)
While Tongue retired in 2011, he was a vital part of helping Canberra through the awkward post-Stuart/Clyde/Daley/Mullins years, as the Raiders fell from the glorious highs of the nineties. Like Croker, Tongue was ignored by Blues and Kangaroos selectors, playing one game for Country Origin, and one for the Prime Minister’s XII. Despite this, Tongue is a Raiders legend and is currently doing amazing ambassadorial work for the game.
