NRLW Round 1 2026: Full fixtures, team lists and results for every match, with all the key information for the round in one place.

NRLW Round 1 delivered a statement opening weekend, with the Brisbane Broncos, Sydney Roosters and New Zealand Warriors all posting emphatic victories to launch their campaigns in style. Brisbane produced the standout performance of the round, running in 10 tries in a 50-4 demolition of the North Queensland Cowboys, while the Roosters overwhelmed the Titans 34-10 behind doubles to Jessica Sergis and Jayme Fressard. The Warriors also impressed on home soil, defeating the Bulldogs 32-10 with centre Emmanita Paki and winger Lavinia Tauhalaliku each crossing twice.

Elsewhere, the Newcastle Knights began their title challenge with an 18-4 win over the Sharks, while Canberra proved too strong for the Dragons, claiming a 20-4 victory in Kogarah. The closest contest of the weekend came at CommBank Stadium, where the Wests Tigers overturned a second-half Parramatta fightback to record a 28-16 win. With 198 points scored across six matches and several premiership contenders laying down early markers, Round 1 provided an exciting start to the 2026 NRLW season.
