The New Zealand Warriors have confirmed the signing of Australian forward Cooper Page-Wilson on a two-year contract, securing the 25-year-old prop until the end of 2027.
The 195cm, 108kg front-rower joins from the Sunshine Coast Falcons in the Queensland Cup, where he played in 2025, bringing valuable experience to bolster the Warriors’ youthful NSW Cup squad for 2026.
Page-Wilson, 25, is a junior from Ourimbah Magpies on the Central Coast, began his Queensland Cup career with the Wynnum-Manly Seagulls in 2023. He featured in finals football that year and again in 2024, accumulating 35 appearances with the Seagulls before moving to the Falcons for 2025, where he added 21 games—including another finals campaign.
Across his 56 Queensland Cup appearances from 2023–2025, Page-Wilson has scored 9 tries. He has also featured in NRL Pre-season Challenge matches: one for the Brisbane Broncos in 2024 and two for the Melbourne Storm in 2025, including a trial against the Warriors in Hamilton.
Warriors general manager recruitment, pathways and development Andrew McFadden highlighted the value of the signing: “With three seasons in the Queensland Cup and NRL trials behind him, Cooper is a key signing with the experience he’ll bring to our young New South Wales Cup squad. He’ll be training fulltime with our NRL squad and will provide invaluable support for the players we have coming through our pathways.”
Page-Wilson is set to make his NSW Cup debut for the Warriors in Round 2 against the Canberra Raiders at Go Media Stadium on Friday night.
The deal adds much-needed middle-forward depth and leadership to the club’s development pathways as they build for the future.
