The NRL Match Review Committee has handed down one charge from Friday night’s Round 23 fixture, with Canberra Raiders enforcer Corey Horsburgh set to spend time on the sidelines.

Horsburgh was cited in the 74th minute for a Shoulder Charge on Warriors forward Jazz Tevaga. The incident was deemed a Grade 1 offence, with the Raiders prop’s prior record ruling out any discount. As it is his second offence, Horsburgh faces a $3,000 fine if he takes the early plea or a two-match suspension if found guilty at the judiciary.

The Raiders will now weigh up whether to accept the penalty or contest the charge at the NRL Judiciary panel.

There were no charges out of the other Friday night encounter between the Newcastle Knights and Penrith Panthers.
