Four players were charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following Saturday’s Round 22 matches, with incidents involving high tackles and dangerous contact.

Penrith winger Brian To’o was cited for a Grade 1 careless high tackle on Titans centre Phillip Sami in the 48th minute. With a clean record over the past three years, To’o is eligible for the full early plea discount.

Veteran Dragons forward David Klemmer also faces a Grade 1 careless high tackle charge after a 61st-minute shot on Ata Mariota. As this is his second offence, Klemmer faces a higher financial penalty.

Roosters captain James Tedesco was pinged for dangerous contact on Lehi Hopoate in just the 11th minute of their clash with Manly. Sea Eagles five-eighth Luke Brooks rounds out the list, also cited for a Grade 1 careless high tackle on Mark Nawaqanitawase.
