The Parramatta Eels have confirmed the re-signing of Jordan Samrani on a two-year deal, securing the dynamic outside back through to the end of the 2027 NRL season.
The 23-year-old, standing at 191 cm and weighing 102 kg, has showcased his versatility by playing in various positions including wing, centre, second-row, and lock. Samrani made his NRL debut for the Eels in Round 2 of the 2025 season against the Wests Tigers. Prior to joining the Eels, he played for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs’ NSW Cup team, making 19 appearances and scoring 7 tries.
Samrani’s signing follows the re-signing of promising hooker Ryley Smith yesterday, as the Eels continue to lock in young talent for the seasons ahead. Both players are viewed as important depth contributors for the club’s future under head coach Jason Ryles.
This latest move reflects the club’s ongoing strategy to invest in emerging players with strong work ethics and long-term potential.
