Australia’s Prime Ministers XIII has defeated Papua New Guinea’s Prime Ministers XIII by 28-10 at the National Football Stadium in Port Moresby on Sunday. Dolphins back Trai Fuller scored four of Australia’s seven tries, with no successful conversions.

Earlier in the day, the women’s Australian Prime Ministers XIII won 50-0 over the Papau New Guinea Prime Ministers XIII with Gold Coast Titans’ winger Phoenix-Raine Hippi scoring a hat-trick.

It was announced by Papua New Guinea Prime Minister James Marape the new NRL team in 2028 would be known as the Chiefs.
