Halfback of the Year – Mitchell Moses

An outstanding year for Mitchell Moses as the Eels returned to finals footy.

His success included being the highest ranked player in the NRL for try assists (31) and average kick metres per game (357).

A highlight of his season was a brilliant performance on the opening day of Bankwest Stadium where the Eels tore Wests Tigers to shreds. He was pretty good against a Broncos side which flew the white flag in the first week of the finals.

If he can clean up his error rate, surely Brad Fittler will have him in calculations for Origin duties in 2020.
