Preview
Leeds claimed an extraordinary comeback win against Huddersfield on Super League’s return last month which means the Giants will be out for revenge at the Totally Wicked Stadium. Huddersfield haven’t won since the restart, with the Rhinos showing indifferent form.
Richard Agar has injured trio James Donaldson, Alex Mellor and Konrad Hurrell back in contention with no new injury concerns ahead of facing the Giants.
Simon Woolford is able to name a stronger squad this week with new signing Chris McQueen available. A host of players are returning from injury including Ashton Golding, Darnell McIntosh, Aidan Sezer, Jake Wardle and Michael Lawrence.
Prediction
Despite a host of key players returning for the Giants, their injury problems could hurt them again against Leeds, after being hammered by St Helens last week. Leeds on the other hand put 50 points past Salford in their last outing and should have too much for Simon Woolford’s side on Friday night.
