Preview
Both teams are in need of two points on Sunday at the Halliwell Jones Stadium with Huddersfield desperately unlucky in their last two outings, and Hull looking to prove their credentials after being hammered by Salford Red Devils in their first game back since the restart.
Huddersfield are able to name star man Aidan Sezer in their 21-man squad, despite suffering a hamstring strain against Warrington last time out. With Lee Gaskell, Ukuma Ta’ai, Adam Walne, Joe Wardle and Aaron Murphy all missing through injury.
Hull remain without a host of key players with Jake Connor, Josh Jones, Ligi Sao, Josh Bowden, Andre Savelio, Scott Taylor and Masi Matongo all unavailable, but can recall Adam Swift into their 21-man squad along with a quartet of youngsters.
Prediction
Surely, Huddersfield can get themselves over the line this time, having lost their previous two matches by a single point. Facing an out-of-sorts Hull FC side, Simon Woolford’s men should be favourites to snap their three-game losing run, in all competitions, on Sunday. The Airlie Birds were exposed against Salford and might struggle again in Cheshire this weekend.
