The South Sydney Rabbitohs have confirmed the signing of Edward Kosi on a two-year deal, securing the powerful winger for the 2026 and 2027 NRL seasons.

Kosi, 26, will join the Rabbitohs from the New Zealand Warriors, where he has struggled to cement a regular first-grade spot. Since arriving at the club in 2024, he has made nine NRL appearances across two seasons, scoring five tries.

His latest appearance came in Round 17 of the 2025 season against the Brisbane Broncos. Despite limited opportunities, Kosi has shown flashes of the strong ball-running and finishing ability that first brought him into the top-grade spotlight.

Rabbitohs General Manager of Football, Mark Ellison, said the club sees potential in the towering winger: “He is a big body with speed, power, footwork and an ability to get across the try line out wide which will complement the outside backs we have at the Club.”
