Toulouse Olympique have confirmed the signing of Brendan Hands, who has been granted an early release by the Parramatta Eels.

Hands, a versatile hooker and utility, made 40 NRL appearances for Parramatta since debuting in 2023. He now heads to the Betfred Championship with Toulouse in a move that offers increased first-grade opportunity and international experience.

The 25-year-old will link up with the French club on loan for the remainder of the 2025 season and is expected to play a central role in their promotion push.

This marks another step in Toulouse’s bid to return to Super League, bolstered by proven NRL talent. They are currently second on the Championship ladder behind York City Knights.
